The movers were courteous and kind. The movers only moved 1/4 of the furniture. They did NOT have a moving dolly or any tools. They did not cover anything. They broke a glass top for one of my long sofa tables. The Kitchen table and chairs and were damaged deep scratches on table and chairs. Both my recliners are damaged one of the arms is broken. Both chairs are horribly stained and wet from the moving truck floor . The side of the king mattress is stained and soaking wet.!!! 3 of my clothes dressers are gouged and scratched my queen sleigh bed is gouged and scratched. My wood liquor cabinet is gouged and scratched. My coffee table is gouged and scratched.

Dave and Shaun did a wonderful job here at my home and at my sister-in-law's home. My only criticism of the organization was that they gave me a window of 8 - 12 and did not come until 3:30 and then did not have the hours left to go to my sister-in-law's. So they set up to do it the next day which actually was also my sister-in-law's preference, but then called and said it would be another day. I moving called me so I could release the payment and I explained this and I moving worked with them and they had everything delivered that day. Thank you to Dave Shaun and I moving!

The only thing that made me unhappy was that the drivers were scheduled to arrive between 10:00 a.m. and noon. They called just before noon and said they were running late and would be there at 12:30. They didn't arrive at the house until about 1:30. Once they were done packing and left to go to the new location, they stopped on the way for lunch which delayed them for about another hour. Aside from that, they were both very hard working, and respectful of my property and my family.
