Demetrius, from iMoving, booked our reservation, and he was very deceitful in his pricing quote. We talked through the house room-by-room, and he put together the packing list and price estimate. When the movers arrived, they said the size of the space quoted was less than half of what was needed. We relied on Demetrius to ensure everything was accurate, as this is his line of business...not ours! Daniel, from Top Moving Solutions, was excellent. He and his team were very professional and helpful.

They waited till l last minute even though they had 3 days. On the last day it eas raining. They didn’t get to our house with delivery till late at night. It was raining, The woman kept fussing and swearing ysing the fbomb. The vintage linens were not bagged or boxed dragged in myd and gray from bottom of truck bed. Several things on the list were not packed. I eas unable to supervise them due to having heart surgery the next day. They didn’t get several pieces of glass ware on the list, They forgot the rockingchair and outdoor glider.. They didn’t get done till midnight and then only because my husband who is nearly 70 got up snd helped. My husband fell and broke his ribs because he wad doing the job thatvwe had hired out. Several pieces of bone china broken. An antique copper statue of David broke. They took no care to the fragile items. Totally disrespectful and disgusting. I plan to file a complaint. The shelves that my father made werebroken and gouged. If I wete to give a letter grade I would give an F MINUS. ➖
