We had excellent top notch service second to none , first from Josh , our I- Move Coordinator & then on the actual move date - Dorian & the two man crew worked as a well synchronized team and were a superb professional, moving crew that l would recommend to anyone with residential or commercial moving needs . Disappointed that they arrived so late on March 4. Most of the delivery had to be completed on March 5. Didn’t wear booties in house and it was wet and rainy, so basement rug in old house had to be shampooed before we could turn it over to new owners.

The guys were fantastic. Highly recommend. I dont know what you pay them but it isnt enough. So far I only seen 2 things broken. They were respectful and helpful. I am in a wheelchair and they were helpful a In leaving a row to go though. Even helped me to get me and my dog in my car.

Original moving truck apparently was in accident enroute to our home. Mover demonstrated poor communication to my wife and I about a plan B. Said they would be there later that day but could not provide details. Ended up showing up the next morning, late and with a Penske rental truck. All our belongings could not fit on truck. They placed the burden on my wife to find and pay for a storage unit to keep the items that would not fit on their truck. We received no apology nor compassion from the company. I was also forced by a man named Lee to meet the moving truck at my storage unit location in Myrtle beach at night. Truck did not arrive until midnight and movers did not finish unloading my stuff until 4am in the morning. I had been awake for nearly 24 hours. The moving company employees were good. The company itself and how it treated my wife and I was an epic failure. I would never use Xpress movers ever again, nor recommend them to anyone of my family or friends. I have moved 10 times in the last 20 years and this experience was horrible. Now my wife and I have to make arrangements with a Uhaul truck to drive back to Virginia to retrieve the rest of our belongings and bring them down to South Carolina. More time and money on us because the moving company failed to do their job to the satisfaction of the customers (Us).
